This Privacy Policy explains how Layer Sweep handles information when you use the app.
1. Overview
Layer Sweep is an ad-supported mobile puzzle game. The app does not require account creation. The Android release may also offer a Google Play Billing daily-pass purchase that adds extra daily play attempts.

2. Information the App Uses
The app may use the following categories of information:
- Local game progress stored on your device
- Advertising and consent-related information provided through advertising SDKs
- Purchase-related information provided through Google Play Billing when a billing product is offered

3. Local Storage
The game stores progression data locally on your device so that your progress, settings, and inventory can persist between sessions.
This locally stored data is used for gameplay features only, such as:
- restoring unlocked stages
- keeping your audio setting
- remembering saved boosts
- preserving daily reward progress
- preserving daily play state
- remembering whether the first-run help has already been shown
4. Advertising
Layer Sweep includes advertising.
The Android version uses Google AdMob and related consent tooling. These services may collect or process information such as device identifiers, approximate location, app interaction data, advertising performance data, and consent status, in accordance with their own policies.
Ad formats used by the app may include:
- rewarded ads
- interstitial ads
- banner ads
- native ads
- app open ads
Rewarded ads are intended to be optional and tied to gameplay benefits such as hints, continues, daily bonuses, and extra moves.
5. Billing
The Android version may include Google Play Billing for optional paid products such as a daily pass that grants additional daily plays.
When billing is enabled, Google Play may process information related to product catalog queries, purchases, subscriptions, payment status, and entitlement restoration according to Google's own policies and store requirements.
6. Third-Party Services
The app may use third-party services including:
- Google AdMob
- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)
- Google Play Billing / Google Play Store

The intended audience setting for release must be configured in the store and ad console before launch.

The app does not include its own account backend in the current release.
